After many months of planning between the bride and her family, there was a mutual feeling that they weren’t getting far with their wedding planning and current wedding planner. So, they called P4E in to analyse what had been arranged so far and what needed to be done to achieve their dream wedding! After an initial consultation with the venue’s wedding planner we took control of the wedding organisation and upgraded the entire plan to meet with the clients expectations!

Firstly, we increased the marquee size to make it a much more comfortable space. Next, we changed the caterers to ensure the menu could be tailored preciously around the clients ideas and was made up of the most high-quality food. Afterwards, we brought in our friends at Lightech to upgrade the lighting; this completely changed the overall feel of the marquee. And finally, we arranged a show stopping Projection Mapping, which took the guest’s breath away.

We worked with Jess (the bride), Tommy (the groom) and their parents over the final few months of the wedding planning to ensure that the attention to detail they required was implemented throughout the venue, staff and all suppliers.

We spent the week ahead of the wedding on-site to ensure the marquee was exactly as the bride and groom dreamed and assisted Red Floral Architecture in dressing the main hall beautifully. The entire wedding ran perfectly, the food was exceptional, the musicians were breath taking and most importantly the champagne was flowing! It was truly a perfect wedding from start to finish. Lastly, the wedding was brought to a close by a one-off projection mapping which was projected onto the side of the hall and created a mind blowing, unique display. Motion Mapping designed the entire projection to encapsulate a lot of Jess & Tommy’s happiest memories together, starting with a time-lapse of the sunset in San Diego and finishing with their initials being brought to life by fireworks. It was an incredible way to end an already unbelievable wedding day.
