Over a three year period we have supported the Travel Counsellors team with the theming of their annual staff conference – from grassroots ideas through to a fun filled finale catering for up to 1000 guests at locations throughout the UK.

Year One – This fairground theme within the ACC in Liverpool featured a full 12 car dodgems, articulated donkey derby and a range of funfair food-stalls, such as doughnuts, popcorn and candyfloss.

Year Two – Our authentic American diner at Telford International comprised of The Jersey Boys on the main stage, 50’s style 3D photobooth, a huge range of American games including air hockey and basketball, and of course ice-cream sundaes to finish the evening.

Year Three – This year Travel Counsellors Worldwide celebrated their ten year anniversary with an ‘around the world’ theme marking their global expansion. Representing Canada we installed a super cool ice bar, ski simulator and waffles. Meanwhile across the globe, Australia featured a full size surfing simulator along with our piece de resistance – the bespoke tiki bar, straw pagoda and boutique loungers.
