Tom Davies celebrated his new factory launch in London; by throwing an opening party for his consumers and friends, to celebrate his move from producing in China to producing his sunglasses in the UK.

With only 3 weeks left until the event Tom Davies’ team approached us to help them to transform an empty, white factory space into a stunning event area. We laid new carpets, installed drapes and installed a large stage with multi-level lighting, sound systems and visual effects.

We helped to install an enchanted garden with a green carpet, wall graphics, floristry, an absinthe bar and lots of soft seating. We also installed a secret VIP tasting room with a white carpet, luxury bar and furnishings. Additionally, we installed a roof top bar, LEGO room and a spa area; where you could even get a complimentary back massage, if the partying gets a little bit too much!

We managed to transform the empty space into a high-end event which ran exactly to plan. We added in smaller details such as a gas flambeuxs and logo backdrops, fabulous aerial artists, luxury toilet trailers and on-site staff to assist throughout the event.

The event was sponsored be Pernod Ricard who represents brands such as Perrier Jouet Champagne which was enjoyed throughout the event.
