On Sunday 7th November 2010, Passion 4 Events and the Fusion Room in Preston will be teaming up to launch Fusion Outdoors. The exclusive party will be held at a private residence on the outskirts of Preston with 20 invited guests, and will showcase the exceptional food and service on offer.
Fusion Outdoors is set to be an outside catering company with a difference, offering an exceptional selection of modern British food, whilst incorporating an Eastern twist. At Passion 4 Events we truly believe that perfection is in the detail, and this belief is certainly carried through to Russell and his team. Background to the Fusion Room and Head Chef Russell Lee:
Fusion Room was opened in November 2008 by Russell Lee. Russell trained as a chef at Blackpool and The Fylde College which opened the door to his success. While training he was involved in a number of national competitions, including Gordon Ramsey’s “The F-Word” (series 1, runner up) and the Nestle Torque D’or 2007 Competition (national winner). Russell is now working alongside a young & energetic team, with passion, experience and the professional skills needed to produce a fantastic dining experience.
