This week at P4 is proving to be a busy one for us – all hands are on deck and a lot of coffee is required! We are extremely lucky then that the focus of our effort is on the annual Costa Coffee Conference, which is being held next week in Manchester. I’ll take a Cortado, grazie!
Costa have chosen Manchester Central’s vast event space as the venue, and our team at P4 are delighted to have the task of turning it into a Fairground themed fun-tastic land of nostalgia and joy, transporting our client straight back to childhood.
As a company whose speciality is event theming, our entertainment proposal for Costa read like every child’s dream: Dodgems – check! Tin Can Alley – check! Coconut Shy – check! Giant Hook-A-Duck – check! And for the Costa retro gaming fans no fairground is complete without a classic Sega Rally Twin and all the tween girls’ favourite: The Dance Machine.
When it comes to working with worldwide corporate brands such as Costa who tend to manage the majority of their events in house, we at P4 are able to take away much of the pressure that comes from organising all of the entertainment and theming details for the event, which are the always the most complex and time consuming aspects.
At P4 we have our own extensive event theming portfolio of props, staging and installation pieces, alongside contact with Lancashire’s most talented performance acts. When we think up ideas for creating your event vision and we don’t have what we need in house, our clients are always assured that we work directly with outside providers to get the best product at the best price.
It is our passion and pleasure to see every event that we take on at P4 grow from a mere concept in our client’s imagination to the finished product. No idea is too big for us to realise; we strive to make our clients’ dream a reality and that is our priority.
